Key Practices in Responsible Recruitment

Based on the document reviews and interviews of small-and medium-size Thai seafood processing enterprises, this report recommends the most suitable recruitment model practices for the companies participating in pilot projects. This project aims to improve company-led practices to reduce and ultimately eliminate the incidence of forced labor and human trafficking in the labor supply chain.
